Let's see now... I moved to New Zealand (May 1989), needed a car, and there were heaps of Fiats available. The emission laws are not as strict in NZ as they are in Australia, so they still get a vast range of models while Australia gets none.

What else could I possibly buy? It had to be a Fiat. The Uno was another example of practicality. It wasn't sporty, it didn't really go that fast, and it sure didn't look anything special, but it did the business. | ![]() |
